Fundraising

LandScope Engineering

At the July 2022 committee meeting it was agreed that the fees for next season would have to be raised to mitigate for rising costs to run the club. LandScope Engineering have however kindly donated £400 towards sponsorship of Flames Netball to enable the club to keep the fees the same in September. LandScope has a strong sustainability policy and recognises the importance of local grassroots sports to communities. They hope this donation will go some way to shelter children from the effects of the cost-of-living crisis that may be affecting families this coming year. A huge thank you to Martin Berry and the team at Picklescott – it is very much appreciated!

Stretton Focus

In September 2021 we were given a Stretton Focus Community Award of £250. We are so grateful to Tom Beaumont and the rest of the committee for the time spent helping us with the application. The award is much appreciated and will make a big contribution towards getting the new match dresses and other fundraising goals.
