Membership
Club registration
To train with Flames Netball the player will need to be registered with the club so that we have the relevant contact details, health and needs requirements, and permissions in place. In the first instance, please contact us to enquire whether a place is available. If a place is available, please provide player details via the form here. Club membership fees will then be applicable (details below).
England Netball registration
In addition to club registration, all players will ALSO need to be members of England Netball for affiliation and insurance purposes. All parents/carers/guardians will need their own England Netball account for payment of fees and all players will also need their own accounts. Players are then “linked” to the parent/carer/guardian account.
Club fees
Flames Netball is a not-for-profit club, and the committee, coaches and umpires are all unpaid volunteers. The membership fees go towards rental of the leisure centre facilities, league match fixtures, training and legal checks, equipment, and match kit.
Season 2023/24 fees

- Fees should be paid directly to Flames Netball Club bank account (please contact us for our bank account details).
- For players joining before 31st December, payments should be made either in full by 30th September or at the time of joining. Alternatively you can make this payment in two instalments if you prefer: one by 30th September and one by 31st January.
- For players joining after 1st January, payments should be made in full at the time of joining.
- If the player is entitled to pupil premium payment support at school, please contact us prior to making your payment to organise a subsidised fee.
- We are also pleased to offer a sibling discount of £10 for the second and third family member on the Flames Netball club fees when they join the club in the same season. This offer is for new and existing members.
England Netball Affiliation and Insurance fees
Further to the club membership fees, there is a small payment that goes directly to England Netball for Affiliation and Insurance purposes. Payments should be made via the England Netball Engage website.
Season 2023/24 fees
Note that county and region fees may also be applied, age on 1st September.

Payments should be made by 1st September (full year) or otherwise at the time of joining as follows:
- The parent/carer/guardian must log into their own ENgage account first (https://engage.englandnetball.co.uk/EnglandNetball) and then select the child from their page to make the membership payment. This is a safeguarding precaution introduced recently. If you log in through your child’s ENgage account, you will NOT be able to make the payment as you will not be able to ‘see’ it.

- Please make sure you purchase the 2023 / 2024 fees!
